Jared Duffy graduated from Bloomsburg University, receiving his degree in accounting. Following graduation, he joined the Wissler team and became a licensed Realtor. Jared was born and raised in Lancaster County and knows the area well. In his free time, he enjoys sports, being outdoors, and going on hikes with his dog Benson.

Rodney Hostetter lives in Ephrata with his wonderful wife and four amazing kids, they are deeply rooted in the community. Their children attend school in the Ephrata Area School District. Having previously lived in various parts of the county, including Gap, PA during his childhood, Millersville for college, and Lancaster City post-college, he has called Ephrata home for the past 12 years.

Rodney pursued his undergraduate studies at Millersville and later graduated from Lock Haven with a Masters in Health Science.
