Located in Laurel, Delaware, this poultry farm consists of two (2) 42' x 500' poultry houses built in 1996, totaling 42,000 square feet of growing space. The farm previously grew 7 week birds for Mountaire but is currently out of production, with the last flock leaving in February 2026. Each house is equipped with eight (8) 54" tunnel fans, two (2) 48" exhaust fans, and two (2) 36" exhaust fans, all Vortex fiberglass. The houses feature a combination of radiant pancake heaters and box heaters, along with new solid sidewalls, insulation, and plywood.
